Wascana Centre
An expansive urban park where paths circle Wascana Lake and pass gardens, public art and the Legislative Building.
The short version
We made a full day of walking into Wascana Centre, around the lake and onward into town for something to eat.
The grounds offered a lot to see with Tilly, from the Legislative Building and public art to a fountain and lake views. Neither of us had ever seen so many geese gathered in one place, so keeping her close was important.
The dog details
Tilly explored the outdoor paths on leash. Keep dogs controlled and give the park's many geese and other wildlife plenty of space.
