The short version
We ate at The Chip Shack on our first night in Charlottetown. It is a little floating pontoon with a couple of takeout windows and seating areas under straw umbrellas.
The waterfront seating gave us an easy outdoor dinner with Tilly after walking the Boardwalk and Confederation Landing Park.
