Cape Saint Marys sits on a dramatic stretch of Nova Scotia coast, and its lighthouse park is an easy stop off the lighthouse route.
The fog erased the views on our visit, but the grounds are walkable and hearing the foghorn going on the lighthouse was really cool and eerie.
